School is out!
Time for some fun.
On the last day of school Adler had his friend Adrian over to play.

Brock had his friend Braun over too.

Everyone plays with everyone when friends come over.

Summer means we have all day for bike rides around the neighborhood

& we tend to go around 'the loop' quite a bit.

Back to spending days with our friends on the lake.

The kids just love going to the Young's 

to play on the lilypad, kayak, go on the boat, swim, 

& everything else the lake has to offer!

Summer days can be exhausting.

We're always outside & staying busy around the lake,

stopping by the library & partaking in community events.

Vance likes to go to bed in our room

& then dad transfers him to his own room when we go to bed.

What a kid!

Vance turned 5 on June 11th!

He was so excited for his brithday,

so were his brother & sister.

Vance wanted to decorate his own cake.

He became really good at writing his name, along with 'mom' & 'viv'.

So that's just how he wanted to decorate!

Vance did so good at his swimming lessons.

Brock played soccer this summer with his pal Nicholas.

Mom & I had a nice afternoon out together in Annandale.
