Christmas.

Christmas Eve.
We dress up & head into town for church.
When we get back home it's time for supper
& then the most exciting part....opening gifts!
And Luke surprised me with the Bissell Crosswave!
This little one couldn't get her paws off her brothers nerf guns.
Vance loves his sony walkman.
In the morning the kids rummaged through their stockings from Santa
before we had to get ready for the Herdina Christmas.
With Eddie being sick this past month it was decided that
we should have Christmas at Ryan & Lisa's house.
The kids love it there because they can play in their big shed!
This year Grandpa & Grandma gave all the kids robes with their nicknames on them.
It was a hit.
They all loved them.
Hoss, Bud, Butch, Rocky, Sonny.
The boys gave grandma a beautiful tumbled necklace.
She loved it.
Glad & Ed gave all of us girls a paffrath necklace with the infinity loop & heart.
It was very thoughtful.
We also celebrated Viv's birthday during Christmas.
Napping on grandma.
After being at the Herdina's all afternoon
we took off for the Johnson Christmas that evening.
Great grandma brought advent calendars for all the kids.
They of course loved them.
Viv's buckin bull.
Joe & Erin gave Luke & I a pair of Cowgirl Tuff/Be Tuff jeans.
Dad also got a pair.
We're all stylin now!
Vance was lucky enough to get a sweater vest from grandma.
He was thrilled, even though he'd never tell anyone.
Game time!
Grandma sportin Erin's wig.
We were all just dying!
What a wonderful Christmas!
This year we're particularly thankful for our health
& that Eddie is still with us & going strong. Amen.

Johnson Christmas & Grandma's 85th Birthday!

The Johnson Christmas bunch this year.
It was a hoot.
Camy hosted at 4B's & we had a good time.
We also celebrated grandma's 85th birthday.
Grandma Elois....she sure is a special lady.
Handing out the gifts to the great grandkids.
Viv decided to take a little nap on Ang.
The ride home was quite eventful.
When you have one that says they have to go to the bathroom
the big van just keeps right on moving down the road
& the potty gets pulled out!
Christmas parties are tiring.
Great grandma gave each of the kids $20.
Vance used some to buy a lego kit & the older boys
bought a snow board to use in the backyard.
(Thanks grandma...you're always so thoughtful.)
Ohh yeah, let's not forget a big thanks to Ashley
for providing a death trap every time I try to take a shower
with the lovely animals she gave my kids! haha
