Viv's 3rd b-day.

Our little sweet Vivienne is already 3!
I don't know where the time has gone,
but it's been good.
Thank God for little girls.
She's a spitfire who let's her brothers know who's in charge!
She loves to hug & kiss mom
& dress up in her princess dresses all day.
She loves all things girly, but plays guns & swords
& wrestling with the boys.
We just love her to pieces!
Her brothers made her birthday cards
& they even gave her some of their money!
They are so thoughtful!
(She used her money to buy a Frozen Elsa doll.)
Our birthday girl!
Dad worked late so it was nice that Grandpa & Grandma,
along with cousin Gabe, came to go out with her to Pizza Ranch.
Two girls who love their Pizza Ranch!
She picked out Doc Mcstuffins cupcakes
& as usual...she ate the frosting & could care less about the cake.
Celebrating Viv before bed.
We had a little friend get together for Viv.
It was a warm winter day & perfect for sledding & skating with friends.
Grandma & Grandpa, Uncle Joe & Aunt Erin & Gabe also stopped by.
Everyone had a great time!
Grandma Yvonne & Vivienne.
We ordered pizza & had a bunch of goodies for build your own sundaes!
The spunky 3 year old!
Her glittery, sparkly cake.
Playing with her tub baby.
She got a special birthday package in the mail too.
A princess Elena dress!!!
(Vance was so excited for her)

January.

For New Year's we spent the evening with the Erickson's.
The boys just love Trent & Nicholas
so the kids kept busy so us adults could converse!
Belle has it pretty posh some days!
The kids just love when she can come in for a few minutes to snuggle.
Almost every night Mr. Vance asks if he can fall asleep in our room.
He knows dad will move him to his bed later on.
Kids having fun being pulled by the 4-wheeler.
Vance tends to do coloring sheets at the Community Center
& every time he goes we come home with a few sheets.
(He's sure making progress with staying in the lines & using color.)
The boys got chess for Christmas & learned how to play.
On a chilly cold weekend we decided it was time to put together
the Knex rollercoasters.
They are a labor of love, that's for sure.
But lots of fun when they're finally put together.
Our little 'cupcake'.
Ski Club Chaperone with the boys.
We love skiing!
Adler had a few friends over to play
& of course that means everyone joins in the fun!
Adler & Adrian.
We ordered pizza & the kids made sundaes.
It doesn't get much better than that!
Nels' 4th birthday party.
These two area always playing at home
while the boys are at school.
Sledding with Nick.
Brock sharpened up on his cursive writing one night at ski club.
He was in the chalet more than he was skiing I heard.
Good thing grandpa & grandma were there.

Christmas.

Children's Christmas Program
at Resurrection Lutheran Church
Vance was a sheep & the older boys were shepherds.
It was a very sweet little program.
The older boys didn't want to wear a costume for the program,
but last minute Adler decided he wanted to.
Then of course Brock had to follow.
We were proud of them for giving it their best.
Cookies after the program.
Johnson Christmas at Aunt Erin & Uncle Joe's new house.
It was nice & relaxing & we ate all night
while the kids played with their gifts.
Johnson cousins.
Family picture before all the gift unwrapping madness.
Grandpa & Grandma watching the gifts fly from the sidelines!
Viv needed her Doc Mctuffins baby doctor station put together!
Marshmallow shooters were a hit!
Grandma Yvonne relaxin with Belle
Our sweet kids on Christmas Eve before church.
Me & my honey.
The girls.
This year we decided to order pizza & breadsticks
& have pop.
For dessert we had build your own massive sundae!
It was the best year yet!
After supper the excitement was through the roof.
The kids can barely contain themselves!!!
I remember that feeling...I think I feel the same way
just watching them open their gifts.
Some of their favorite gifts!
Vance-ukelele
Adler-Nerf Rival & Ripstick
Vivienne-Baby Alive
Brock-Basketball hoop & ball
We sneaked out of bed & made sure Santa came to our house!
After the kids opened their gifts from Santa
we took off for Christmas with the Herdina's.
We stopped at Grandma & Grandpa Herdina's new little house
to check it out.
Opening up a few birthday gifts.
Merry Christmas!
