April.

April is the month that we start to go stir crazy!
The weather is still a bit cold, but it's time to get out of the house & do something.
So that's just what we did.
Grandma Yvonne won wristbands for Mall of America theme park
so we loaded up the van & headed into the cities.
Watching Vance get wiplash from the car ride.
Luke went on the rides with the older boys & Vance & I hung out on the smaller rides.
This kid loved the bumper boats.
The Dads!
Grandma took the boys on the big rollercoaster.
The log ride!
Dying Easter eggs.
Grandma also won tickets to the Minnesota Zoo.
What a fun couple weeks!
Getting up close & personal with the grizzly!
Viv hung out with grandpa most of the time.
We couldn't find Brock & later found him petting the goats in the pen!
Grandpa trying on some of the kids' arts & crafts.
Getting a tractor & trolley ride.
The boys got a trampoline & most of the time we can find them playing on it!
The cousins came over & loved it too.
Tubby time.
A little dodgeball with our friends.
Parents versus kids!
My little cookie making helper.
When the boys are at school we head out the door to find some fun!
This day was rummaging through Runnings & checking out the baby chicks.
We picked up some free wainscotting,
so that triggered us to start fixing up our little shed.
This is a 'in-progress' picture.
Even though it's chilly,
the sun is shinning,
so we are outside,
making the best of it!
Vivienne saw the go-cart in action for the 1st time
& she waited very patiently for a ride.
Letting dad & Vance know that it's her turn!
Viv loved her 1st ride.
When she got off, she came over to me right away & told me all about it.
Ohh these two...
Handy Manny showed up at my house today!
This is how we 'roll' at Target these days!
This moment...
the moment when your little baby
plays with her little baby
using the same pacifier
that she used to use.
So sweet.
I truly have a wonderful little helper at home.
Vance is so considerate & loving towards his sister.
He decided to help feed her this particular morning.
Oh the joys of being at home with my little ones.
Watching dad cut some trees down.
Vivienne decided to use the big toilet for a spurt of about 2 weeks.
She would walk to the bathroom letting us know she needed to sit on the toilet.
It was amazing!
Then one day, she decided that was too much effort
& she went back to going in her diaper.
Little stinker.
I figure when all the boys take off for school in the fall,
I can spend more time training her & being DONE with diapers FOREVER!
Vance was a big motivator for her.
But who wouldn't be if you got M&M's right along with her!
Just being sweet.
