With warmer weather, after the long winter & spring season
our whole family is eager to get outside more!
Viv was happy to get outside & sit in her exersaucer
& watch her brothers play.
On most mornings the boys all request a holding session
with their sister.
Poor Viv gets handed around...well maybe she thoroughly enjoys it too!
Aunt Erin made a visit & Vance decided she needed a check-up.
Clipping a diabetics toenails! haha
We finally got all the bikes out & have recently gone on a lot of bike rides
around the neighborhood & in town around the lake & trails.
Vivie loves to nap in the bike trailer!
Adler & Brock played tennis this summer.
Brock especially loves that he is in the same class as his brother.
Adler of course loves it to, because then he can show Brock his skills!
Vance, Viv & I hang out eating snacks & running around
while they're at sports.
June 11.
This cute thing turned 3 years old.
He was so excited for his birthday that he decided he wanted his gift opening escapades
to occur in our bed before the other kids were up.
Luke had nothing to do one afternoon, so he decided to search online for conversion vans.
Don't get me wrong, we loved our big green machine-The Starcraft.
We both knew that the only way we'd trade it in was if we found
a black fully loaded newer van with some nice rims!
What a lengthy list.
We knew that we would probably never find one,
considering we didn't want to take out a loan.
But he searched anyway & came across something.
Something so wonderful that we decided Luke should drive there immediately
& take a look at it!
He left after work one night & within a few hours he came home with this...
Black Beauty!
It is everything we dreamed of.
Black, sporty, sharp rims, grill, trim package, gray leather interior, mint condition!!!
Ahhh I still can't believe it's ours.
And it will probably be the boys too...cause she's in our family til she dies!
Vance's family birthday party.
warm weather, family, food, bounce house=FUN!!!
1 grandma in the bounce house, 1 grandma sleeping in the chair!
Luke & his mothers!
The Johnson's conversing inside with Viv.
Viv loves to snuggle with her blankets.
One night she didn't want to go to bed right away,
So we laid with her & loved every minute of it
til it was time to transfer her to her crib.
More morning holding!
And more bike rides!
The Olberding's & Aleckson's stopped by to visit
& the kids all enjoyed some bounce house fun.
Our little girl with her new horse blanket I made her.
I don't even know what was going on.
Afternoon shenanigans?
Grandma & Grandpa Johnson came to visit for Luke's birthday.
We all went out to Russell's on the Lake.
Then we had a bonfire s'mores party afterwards.
Enjoying the Becker parade.
How we tend to find Brock sleeping with Vance.
Sometimes he's already in Vance's bed within a couple hours;
sometimes he's in Vance's bed in the middle of the night;
& sometimes he sleeps there all through the night until we find him like this
in the morning!
Ohh the joys of sleeping with your brothers.
Helping dad open his Father's Day gifts.
Enjoying time around the lake.
Our little ones!
Closing ceremony for Vacation Bible School at Saron Lutheran Church.
Vivie loves her crib.
Summer = stroller time!
Checking out the beautiful beach at Bertram Regional Park.
Big Lake Spudfest parade.
(Viv & Quinn 6 months.)
Beach time at the Young's during spudfest.
Sprinkler time at home.
Playing in the dirt!
Just what the boys love to do.
I don't know what to say about this?!
Uncle Joe gave the boys a Cockshutt ride
on Great Grandpa Ronnie's tractor!
Vance's turn!
Ohh was that boy thrilled.
