Easter.

Easter is always such a great holiday.

Jesus is risen,

candy, candy, candy.

 the Easter bunny

scares the kids,

lots of food,

and a time to see family & friends!

We spent the night at Luke's parents,

celebrated a friend's 30th birthday,

ate food with the Herdina's

(to find out Luke's sister is having a baby...

the one who JUST got married!),

then we drove to the Johnson's 

to spend the afternoon and partake in

the 2nd egg hunt of the day.

What fun!

Great-grandma Elois is always one to have a card for the

boys to open

and they love her for that!

Grandpa is helping them open up the cards.

Of course this is how an egg hunt would look at my parents house...

horses, dogs, cats, and any other type of animal!

On Easter Sunday we were actually HOME!

We could celebrate our own family Easter

& go to church & out to eat afterwards.
