It's January...and that means that our little girl has a birthday!
On January 2nd Vivienne turned 6!
We had a birthday party for her up north & she had a great time.
Once we returned home, it was time to start playing with her new gifts.
Adler got his braces on in January. Hust Orthodontics.
In January our family is also hitting the slopes every Friday for Ski Club!
Luke drives the boys & picks up Micah too & they are gone all afternoon into evening.
Adler is on a snowboard & the others are on skis. Adler also got a new pair of goggles from grandma & grandpa Johnson, so he was pretty stoked about that.
Luke started to work on manufacturing our new deck railing for up north. We really wanted a sleek industrial look, but the cost to purchase a deck rail kit was very expensive. So we purchased the raw aluminum & Luke drilled the holes & cut the plates & rails to fit our design & had it welded & powder coated. All for a fraction of the cost!
We went into town for a little skating on the lake.
Winter is also the season for never-ending family game nights.
This year I had a goal of reading the Bible in a year. As I read my Bible, Viv read her Bible!

Our family also took a trip to Wisconsin Dells.
Vivienne even decided that she loved the big family waterslide!
