The living room is coming right along.
Luke finished building the built-ins
while we waited for our tile to arrive.
So in the meantime the boys have been having fun
jumping in their bounce house...
we've been enjoying the winter views from the room,
even though it's springtime! (AHHH!)...
the boys have scooted, biked, & done everything possible to make use
of more play space...
then our tile came in
& the room started to look like this...
(Luke installing the heated floors)
and then Luke laid the tile...
(a day we've been waiting months for)
as of tonight it's needs some grout & we're ready to install base boards!
It's finally coming to an end.
Just in time for the weather to turn warmer & to get outside to finish the siding.
