Yesterday was my 31st birthday
& it was SO wonderful.
When I woke up Luke informed me that he took the day off
AND
he got our sister-in-law to watch the boys for the day.
I was so darn excited I didn't know what we would even do!
So we just walked around the mall (by ourselves!),
went out to eat at LaCasita because you get a free meal on your birthday (by ourselves!),
looked at tv's at Best Buy (because we had no kids to bother us!),
and did some more shopping.
It was just a very nice day
& so thoughtful on my husband's part!
Ohhh yeah.....and I got many nice homemade birthday cards & gifts,
along with a cast iron skillet & mini spatulas that I really wanted!!!
Now I just have to learn how to cook with a cast iron skillet.
