Funny.

Ohh the boys have been acting funny!

They tend to wrestle & play horsey with each other a lot lately.

(even though Brock weighs the same!)

The boys got Luke & I each a pair of slippers

for Christmas & the boys wear them more than we do.

They clop around the house & don't let us wear them!

One night we heard the boys laughing & laughing.

Pretty soon they ventured into the hallway and peeked

around the corner.

We found Brock looking like this!

Ohh they're funny.

Our neighbor came over & asked us if we would mind

if he 'cleaned up' our woods.

Who the heck would mind something like that?!

We went for a walk the other day and noticed the

ENORMOUS

pile of tree debris.

We will be burning (in our BIG burn pile) all summer long to try to get rid of it!

But how nice to have a cleaned up wooded area.

Everytime I put a puzzle together

the boys want to do the same!

So we get out their age appropriate puzzles

& have a fun night. Hahaha

Recently we've been trying to find some new recipes to test out.

I ran across preztel bites w/dipping sauces.

I thought it would be so wonderful.

NEVER AGAIN!

They did taste good, but it took all night.

Luke helped me towards the end of the process because it was taking so long

& we agreed that no matter how they tasted

it would not be worth the effort to repeat.

The boys loved them & we did too,

but like I said, NEVER AGAIN!

(cinnamon sugar w/icing & salted parmesean w/cheese sauce)

We stopped by the library this week & I was SO happy to find

Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

I grabbed it like it was a hot commodity & rushed home to watch it.

It was a hit for the kids & mom!

So much so, that I'm re-renting it out this week.

More slipper time.

And more of just being goofy!
